What do the musicians wear for events?
Our musicians dress in formal and professional attire appropriate for weddings and luxury events. If your event has a specific dress code or theme, we are happy to coordinate our appearance accordingly.
Do the musicians require meals during the event?
For longer events, especially receptions, it is customary for vendors to be provided a simple meal. This allows musicians to eat quickly and return to performing as scheduled.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an event is cancelled after the booking has been confirmed, the initial retainer is non-refundable, as the date has been reserved and removed from our availability. Any additional payments made may be subject to the terms outlined in the performance agreement.
Can we reschedule our event if the date changes?
If your event date changes, we will do our best to accommodate the new date depending on availability. If the musicians are available on the new date, the existing agreement can typically be transferred to the rescheduled event.
Can you provide music for multiple parts of the event?
Yes. Many clients choose to have live music for several parts of their event, such as:

• Cocktail hour
• Reception entertainment
• After-party performances
We are happy to create a custom entertainment plan tailored to your celebration.
Do you perform at outdoor events?
Yes. Our musicians frequently perform at outdoor ceremonies and events. We simply require appropriate shade and weather protection to ensure the instruments and sound equipment are protected.
Where are you based?
I am based in the Philadelphia region, and we frequently perform throughout the surrounding areas.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We regularly travel for events throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York, and we are also available for destination events depending on availability.
Are travel fees required for certain locations?
Events outside the Philadelphia area may include a small travel fee, depending on the distance and event logistics. Any travel costs will always be clearly outlined in advance.
What kind of music can your musicians perform?
Our repertoire includes over 3,000 songs across many styles, with more than 100 hours of music available. From classical favorites to modern pop, cinematic music, and jazz, we can tailor the music to perfectly match your event.
